By using Kynta, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the application.
Eligibility
Kynta is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Kynta, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
App Services
Kynta provides digital wardrobe, style, coin, and membership-related features. Service availability may vary by device, system version, region, purchase status, and App Store requirements.
Subscriptions and Coins
Kynta offers auto-renewable subscriptions and coin purchases. Subscription benefits, billing cycles, prices, renewal, cancellation, and related terms are described in the Membership Agreement and the purchase screen shown before payment.
Coins are virtual in-app items. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may only be used inside Kynta for supported functions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Kynta, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, exploit purchase systems, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Kynta, including its interface, content, design, software, trademarks, and service structure, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app according to this agreement.
Changes to Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, comply with platform requirements, protect users, or support business operations.
Disclaimer
Kynta is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or that every feature will meet every personal expectation.
